Hiba Sharief is a global thought leader and seasoned executive on the intersection of innovation and humanity. An accomplished leader, Hiba Sharief was named one of Silicon Valley’s 2017 “40 under 40″ by the Silicon Valley Business Journal and has been appointed as Women in Africa Ambassador for Sudan. A former CIO and Chief Digital Officer, her expertise and experience in digital transformation, business value generation, strategy and innovation spans numerous industries across more than 50 countries. In 2018, Hiba founded Elevoro, an inclusive community of global leaders with a shared set of values centered around driving innovation while improving lives. Her commitment to improving lives has driven her involvement in a broad range of issues ranging from financial inclusion to changing the ratio of women in technology and leadership.

Hiba has an extraordinary ability to identify potential, develop talent and form strong partnerships to deliver results. Her proven track record is centered around a passion to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and desired business outcomes, coupled with a keen awareness of cultural and environmental influencers. Hiba leverages creative, design-based thinking, and out-of-the box approaches to solving highly complex problems - something she truly enjoys. Reem El-Radi is recognized as a transformative learning and development leader, and a dynamic Diversity, Equity and Inclusion expert with extensive experience in workforce diversity issues and organizational behavior. Reem builds community by collaborating with key stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts to facilitate understanding, engaging others in community action and social responsibility, and successfully meeting program objectives. 

Reem has extensive managerial experience in the non-profit sector and a record of success in getting initiatives off the ground.  Experienced in curriculum development and instructional design, Reem is well versed in designing and developing curricula that are both effective and engaging.
Designed an equity-centered assessment of current talent-related policies, procedures, and processes to identify any barriers to an inclusive and equitable workplace.

Reem is the co-founder of the MN Caravan of Love to raise awareness of social and political issues concerning racial and religious minorities, women, immigrants, and refugees. Established “Art by Blind,” an economic self-reliance sustainability project for visually impaired students in Sudan. 

Tarig K. Osman is an international business leader with expertise in strategy, executive leadership and investments.  Tarig serves on the Board of Directors and as Chief Investment Officer for numerous organizations in the Banking and Insurance, Hospitality, Agriculture, Aviation and Real Estate industries in Africa and the United States,  including United Insurance Company, Khalil Osman Agriculture & Animal Industrialization Company, and Aqual Real Estate Company.

Tarig is also a leader in Islamic Finance and Insurance frameworks, and has served as member of the board for the Saudi Sudanese Bank from 2009 to 2015. 

 He has also presented papers and held discussions in London Takaful Summit each year from 2017 to 2019, as well as contributed at the African International Conference in Abuja (2017), Lagos (2019), and Nairobi/Addis Ababa (2020). 

Prior to his leadership role serving on the board of various organizations, Tarig was Managing Director of United Insurance Company,  Director at Agritech and at Sultan Agriculture Project. 

Tarig also served in the role of General Manager of the Regency Hotel, a 4-star 100-room property in the heart of Khartoum, Sudan. During his tenure from 2002 to 2012, Tarig drove extensive renovations and expansions.
